Hey rowers!
I’ve got practice tonight and need a little help. The stroke seat of the novice 4+ does this weird thing where he leans to starboard on the drive. Like really far. It upsets the set of the boat and then he SCREAMS about how it’s off but he does nothing to fix it despite mine and his coxswain’s efforts.
Any drills or specific feedback I can give besides sit the fuck up straight?
Lean into the oarlock/rigger throughout the drive (recovery too, but it seems like drive is more of a problem here). It’s definitely a pretty common problem on my team…
